Contract

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist to join our team, focusing on Finance and Operational functions within Certinia. In this role, you will be the technical and functional lead supporting the ongoing evolution, integration, and management of the Certinia ERP and PSA solutions within the OW organization. You will guide both project delivery and application management, serving as a bridge among business, finance, and technology to maximize the value of our cloud-based solutions. The role combines solution architecture, technical support, application administration, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership-empowering both the business and IT to achieve streamlined, best-in-class service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture, & Integration Leadership
• Collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to assess requirements, estimate complexity, and architect scalable Certinia ERP/PSA solutions on Salesforce.
• Advise on functionality, costs, and risks, helping internal teams leverage Certinia modules (PSA: Project & Resource Management, Time/Expense, Billing; ERP: Financials, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, Reporting) for business value.
• Define, document, and oversee custom architectures (including API/Data Integration with ETL), ensuring robust application and data integration across the OW technology landscape.
• Guide development/implementation activities, participate in code and design reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure stable, high-quality solution delivery.
Application Management & Technical Stewardship
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on the Certinia Application for Finance and/or other Operations areas, such as Talent Management and Data Analytics.
• Monitor application performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and implement/enhance system functionality.
• Oversee and implement accounting practices within Certinia-revenue recognition engine, time and backlog management, business/project economics, invoicing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, multi-currency, and related finance operations.
• Ensure data integrity and security, maintain process/config documentation, and handle application changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
