About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Finance Solutions Specialist with strong experience in Enterprise Financial Management and ERP systems to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

This role is ideal for a techno-functional professional who can confidently bridge both the technical and business sides of finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring hands-on ERP implementation expertise, while also being comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and leading business-facing conversations.

You will play a key role in shaping, integrating, and optimizing finance solutions, with a focus on Certinia ERP and PSA platforms. This position combines solution architecture, application administration, stakeholder engagement, technical support, and continuous improvement to help drive scalable and efficient finance operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Business Partnership
  • Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and assess solution complexity.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Certinia capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on system functionality, implementation considerations, risks, and cost implications.
Technical Leadership & System Integration
  • Design and oversee custom solution architectures, including APIs and data integrations.
  • Partner with development teams to guide implementation and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable solution delivery.
ERP Administration & Continuous Improvement
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Certinia Finance applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Lead system optimization initiatives to support evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
  • Act as a trusted liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and adoption initiatives.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to support end users and promote best practices.
Governance & Support
  • Provide advanced technical and functional support.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT controls, security standards, and governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Certinia PSA and/or Certinia Accounting (ERP) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including: Time Entry, Revenue Recognition Work in Progress (WIP)Backlog Reporting
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions in Agile environments (Scrum and/or SAFe).
  • Proficiency with project and delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
