Summary
ValidaTek is searching for a Program Manager to oversee an IT infrastructure program that provides a common view for all enterprise-wide capabilities, supported by structured processes, priorities, knowledge sharing, and focus on performance management. This program provides our customer clear lines of accountability and will drive execution. The Program Manager has ultimate responsibility for the strategic vision and successful delivery of the program with frequent communication to the customer and ValidaTek leadership. This role also has fiduciary responsibility for revenue generation and will provide leadership that motivates and rewards team members for outstanding performance.
Responsibilities
The program manager will plan, direct, and manage an infrastructure team , ensuring the program meets and exceeds accepted standards and best practices for IT/Network operations in a 24x7x365 environment. This individual will be the single point of contact for the customer. The work will be performed in a cleared environment and must follow all relevant rules and regulations to safeguard classified information. Continual process improvement will be a key to success in this role. There will be some long-distance CONUS travel dictated by the requirements of the contracting officer and the contracting office.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:
  • 10+ years of program management experience with 5+ of those years in a DoD environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and management projects/operations in an organization similar in size to the work being done for the customer.
  • Demonstrated experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in the procurement of IT hardware and software.
  • All candidates must have PMP certification.
  • All candidates must have ITIL Foundations certification as well as DoD 8570 IAM level II certification.
  • All candidates must have a current TS clearance and be SCI eligible.
  • Al candidate must have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with a master's degree preferred.

USD $229,386.24/Yr.
Salary Disclosure
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
