Overview
Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer (Part-Time) at Amazing Lash Studio - In-Studio Office
Amazing Lash Studio is looking for a dependable, energetic Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer to support multiple studio locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to people, and is comfortable being back-to-back with calls and texts.
Position Overview
As a Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll handle inbound calls, make outbound lead calls, send follow-up texts, confirm appointments, and support guest communication across multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls for multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations
  • Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up on inquiries
  • Send follow-up text messages, confirmations, and reminders
  • Assist with appointment confirmations and basic guest questions
  • Accurately document guest interactions in our systems
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and upbeat phone presence
  • Manage a high volume of back-to-back calls and text conversations
Schedule
Part-Time | In-Studio Office Position
  • Thursday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.
Pay
  • $15.15 per hour
Qualifications
  • Strong phone communication and texting skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-up
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
