Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer – Quadient with strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Output Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Quadient implementations, including template development, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations within a structured SDLC and Agile environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Customer Communications / Output Management solutions using Quadient.
  • Perform analysis and rationalization of templates, including field mappings and creation of reusable, standardized templates.
  • Develop and manage workflow automation scripts to optimize communication processes.
  • Create schema definitions based on detailed data mapping documents.
  • Build and maintain CCM templates with advanced pre-processing features such as:
    • Sorting and grouping
    • Dynamic content inserts
    • Conditional logic
  • Implement post-processing capabilities including:
    • Barcode generation
    • Document bundling
    • Zip-code–based sorting
    • Encryption of electronic documents
  • Modify and enhance customer communications in alignment with evolving business requirements, including:
    • Bulk and individual communications
    • On-demand generation
    • Postal packaging and delivery rules
  • Enable customer communication preference capture and develop reporting and analytics around preferences.
  • Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise data systems and printer/output management solutions.
  • Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, design, development, unit testing, deployment, and application support.
  • Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and security standards, particularly within finance domain environments.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of overall software engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient development and output management, including Ricoh Process Director.
  • Strong experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM) implementations.
  • Proven expertise in template design, data mapping, workflow management, and automation scripting.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and print/output solutions.
  • Strong SDLC knowledge with hands-on involvement across all phases.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Prior experience in the Finance domain is required.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large-scale document transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven communication systems.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
