 Job Description: The SailPoint Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining identity governance solutions with the enterprise IGA system. This role supports enterprise-wide identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance initiatives. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to automate access controls, integrate applications, and enhance security posture through scalable and efficient identity solutions. Key responsibilities include onboarding applications, building connectors, implementing role-based access controls (RBAC), and supporting audit readiness across identity and access management (IAM) domains.

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Sailpoint
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC, strategy, design, implementation, and operations.
  • Experience with other programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
