Job description

Salesforce CCM Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Rate: $72/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with 7+ years of enterprise Salesforce delivery experience to lead and oversee Customer Contact Management (CCM) initiatives. The role involves driving end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud, and Data Cloud while coordinating with third-party vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce solution design, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment activities.
  • Oversee third-party development teams and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing.
  • Drive Salesforce DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, security compliance, and code quality standards.
  • Coordinate integrations with MuleSoft, APIs, SAP, IAM, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Support deployments, cutovers, hypercare, user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Participate in program governance, risk management, status reporting, and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce implementation and solution delivery experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, Lightning Platform, and Apex.
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Jira, and qTest.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Technical Architect, etc.).
  • Utilities/Energy industry experience.
