Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering document composition and omnichannel customer communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and deployment of Quadient Inspire solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
  • Design and develop document templates, workflows, and automated document generation processes
  • Integrate Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and middleware platforms
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Quadient applications and document processing
  • Optimize document generation performance, scalability, and system reliability
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment guides
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 9–12+ years of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC Inspire)
  • Strong experience in document composition, Customer Communication Management (CCM), and template development
  • Dynamic Communication
  • Experience integrating Quadient Inspire with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Proficiency with version control systems such as GitExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domains
