Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Quadient Developer with strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise customer communication solutions using Quadient, delivering personalized and compliant customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and Scaler.
Develop customer communications for Batch and On-Demand processing.
Create dynamic templates, business rules, reusable components, and communication workflows.
Build and support customer-facing communications including statements, notices, correspondence, loan documents, and regulatory communications.
Work closely with Fiserv business teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable CCM solutions.
Support Banking business areas including Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending, Payments, Deposits, and Digital Banking.
Deliver communications across multiple channels including PDF, AFP, Print, HTML Email and Electronic Delivery.
Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, estimations, and mentoring activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Manage production deployments, release activities, L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
