Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with Eloquence Author and Eloquence correspondence management solutions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining document templates, forms, and automated communications.
  • Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, and related document technologies.
  • Experience with data mapping and integration concepts. Ability to gather and interpret business requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with correspondence management and customer communication management (CCM) platforms.
