As Senior Content Strategy Manager, you will own the Epicor content engine & transform how we communicate across the full marketing mix. Your objective in this role will be to establish Epicor as the authoritative voice in ERP, drive awareness of the Epicor brand andincreasefavorabilitytowardsouruniquevalue proposition.

You will own Content Strategy, Operations, and Performanceandbe responsible forbuilding andoperatinga content system that increases qualified traffic and converts intopipeline. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital& Brand, you will partner across Product Marketing, Demand Generation,SEO/GEO,Brand, and Digital teams tocoordinate and amplifycontentthroughoutthe buyer journey.

We areonlyseeking applicants with strong content strategy experience, advanced AI and search discovery knowledge, and a performance-focused mindset.

What you will be doing:
  • Content Strategy:
  • Define and execute a consolidated content strategy that connects business priorities to organic discovery, buyer engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth.
  • Translate inputs from Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, International, and Digital teams into prioritized content roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Own the master content calendar across key marketing functions, ensuring visibility, coordination, reuse, and alignment across campaigns, channels, regions, and launch priorities.
  • Build and operate the content supply chain across intake, prioritization, workflow, approvals, publishing readiness, governance, optimization, and measurement.
  • Establish repeatable content frameworks, briefs, playbooks, templates, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization checklists, quality standards, and reporting routines to improve speed, consistency, quality, and scale.
  • Develop AI-assisted, and eventually agentic, publishing workflows with human oversight to improve efficiency, scalability, quality control, and performance.
  • Build a Generative Engine Optimization-forward content performance model, using analytics to improve discoverability, identify gaps, prioritize optimizations, and recommend where to create, refresh, consolidate, retire, or repurpose content.
What you will likely bring:
  • Daily, advanced use of AI tools and platforms, including experience using AI to improve content performance, build custom agents or automations, streamline workflows, and strengthen quality control.
  • Experience designing content systems for AI Overviews, large language model discovery, Generative Engine Optimization, and zero-click environments.
  • Strong familiarity with content-led conversion rate optimization, including intent mapping, journey design, user experience and content interplay, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience building global content governance, intake models, publishing workflows, and operating standards that balance scale with flexibility.
  • Experience working across multiple sites, site migrations, global teams, and multiple time zones.
  • Experience within complex business-to-business enterprise software markets.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to work across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, International, and Digital teams without owning or mandating core messaging.
