We are seeking an experienced **SmartCOMM Architect** to design and implement enterprise customer communication solutions using **SmartCOMM**. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **document composition, template design, correspondence management, and SmartCOMM architecture**, with experience integrating SmartCOMM with enterprise systems.
The role involves designing scalable communication frameworks for policy, claims, billing, and customer correspondence, while collaborating with integration teams for seamless data exchange and document generation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. SmartCOMM Solution Design & Architecture
* Design and implement enterprise communication solutions using **SmartCOMM**.
* Define scalable and reusable document generation frameworks.
* Design SmartCOMM architecture for:
* Real-time document generation
* Batch document processing
* Interactive customer communications
* Establish SmartCOMM best practices, standards, and reusable components.
* Support environment setup, deployment, and release strategy.
2. Document Composition & Template Management
* Design and develop reusable communication templates for:
* Policy documents
* Claims communications
* Billing statements and notices
* Customer letters and email communications
* Implement dynamic and personalized document generation based on business rules.
* Ensure brand consistency and standardized communication templates.
* Support multi-channel document outputs including:
* PDF
* Email
* Print communications
3. SmartCOMM Integration & Data Mapping
* Collaborate with integration teams to integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications.
* Define SmartCOMM input/output data requirements.
* Work with structured data formats including:
* JSON
* XML
* Support mapping of business data into SmartCOMM-compatible formats for template consumption.
* Ensure proper data validation and document generation quality.
4. Enterprise Integration Collaboration
* Work closely with **MuleSoft/integration teams** for:
* API-based document generation triggers
* Real-time and batch communication workflows
* Document retrieval and delivery
* Collaborate with upstream systems such as:
* CRM
* Billing systems

* Claims systems
5. Insurance Communication Workflows
* Support communication use cases related to:

6. Performance & Support
* Optimize SmartCOMM performance for large-volume document generation.
* Troubleshoot document generation issues and support production incidents.

* Support template versioning and deployment processes.

10+ years** of experience in enterprise application/document communication platforms.
* Strong hands-on experience in **SmartCOMM implementation and architecture**.
