This is a strong fit for someone with supply chain or parts planning experience who is comfortable working with detailed information, identifying risks, and driving actions to completion. The ideal candidate understands how parts availability, supplier timing, and retail service needs connect within the automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, validation, and maintenance of breakpoints for service parts and related supply chain activities
  • Analyze parts data, inventory positions, demand signals, supplier timing, and implementation dates to identify risks and recommend actions
  • Review open issues affecting part availability and help coordinate follow-up across supply chain, purchasing, engineering, operations, and related teams
  • Track action items, recovery timing, and key decisions to help ensure timely execution
  • Communicate updates clearly to internal stakeholders, including issue summaries, timing changes, and recommended next steps
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Escalate supply, timing, or execution risks when customer impact or service disruption is possible
  • Help improve processes, reporting, and follow-up routines related to breakpoint management
  • Support a fast-paced team environment where priorities may shift based on business needs

Required Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify patterns, and support sound decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing part, timing, and supply information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through issues in a structured way
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple open items to closure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, operations, automotive technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, parts planning, inventory analysis, purchasing support, aftersales, dealership operations, or a related business function
  • Experience working with detailed data, reports, spreadsheets, or operational tracking tools
  • Experience coordinating follow-up across multiple stakeholders or business functions
  • Ability to interpret timing, status, and risk information and translate it into clear actions

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in automotive service parts, aftersales, dealership fixed operations, or parts planning
  • Understanding of the automotive retail or service environment and how parts availability impacts the customer and dealer experience
  • Experience supporting parts changes, breakpoints, supersession activity, or related implementation work
  • Experience working with supplier timing, recovery plans, or material availability issues
  • Familiarity with Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) or a similar aftermarket/service parts organization

What Success Looks Like
  • Risks are identified early and communicated clearly
  • Actions are tracked consistently and followed through to completion
