Job description

CCA Inspector Location: Oldsmar, FL Job ID: #72694 Pay Range: $18-28 Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements. Role will incorporate use of drawings and written inspection instructions. Use of various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc) to 100% visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications including IPC and related reference documents and standards.

Basic qualifications include the following: - Must be able to work under a microscope for long periods of time (up to 10Hrs) - Must be able to sit at work station for long periods of time - Must have prior experience visually inspecting solder connections, for both SMT and Thru hole applications in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements. - Must be able to identify non-conformances per applicable documentation, specifications. - Minimum 2 year of experience performing visual solder Inspection on CCA's .

- Minimum 1 year experience inspecting conformal coating on CCA's - Must have good attention to detail, be Quality and process oriented with a zero-defect mindset, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents and work instructions. - Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient with Personal Computers. -Interface effectively and diplomatically with all levels of operations when addressing quality defects.
