What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Catholic Tech position, and why are they important?

To excel as a Catholic Tech, you need a strong background in information technology, digital communications, or web development, coupled with an understanding of Catholic culture, values, and organizational needs. Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, web analytics, and audiovisual equipment is often required, along with credentials such as a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills set candidates apart, especially when supporting clergy and ministry staff.
