Information Technology Internship
This is a great opportunity to use and expand your IT skills in a corporate environment! We offer a flexible schedule (10 hours/week) during the academic school year with the possibility of increased hours during breaks and summer vacations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Information Technology Intern, you will:
  • Troubleshoot and install integrated hardware and software
  • Provide end-user PC support and maintenance of associate and agent computers
  • Assist the IT staff in support of our Windows based networks and applications
  • Process general service desk incidents and requests
  • Assist with project work as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
  • Excellent PC support skills
  • Experience setting and/or reformatting computers
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Windows developed applications
  • Familiarity with software such as Access, SQL, Server and VMWare
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environment with Windows 10/11 clients
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to relate to and be approachable by all associates
