An enterprise organization is seeking an administrative professional to optimize occupational health support services and drive data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Compliance Review: Evaluate corporate and regulatory physical assessment outcomes for regulatory alignment.
- Workflow Management: Review medical documentation for completeness and route to the Occupational Health Nurse (OHN).
- Information Gathering: Obtain necessary medical data from personnel or providers as directed.
- Data Tracking: Monitor employee health metrics, status updates, and administrative suspensions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate routine health evaluations according to organizational timelines.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as a liaison regarding employee and applicant work status.

Requirements
- 1+ years of related healthcare administrative experience.
- Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Outlook, Access) and EHR/EMR platforms. SAP/ERP exposure is preferred.
- Strong data tracking, document control, and auditing capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree and clinical or hospital environment background preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
