• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, customizing interventions to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment data, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care that promotes optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and local resources, advocating for their rights and ensuring access to necessary services.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, remaining current with advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

You will work with a varied client demographic, adapting to the specific needs and goals of each individual or group. Your therapeutic approach may involve helping clients from different backgrounds address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
