• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform comprehensive treatment plans.
• Work closely with clients to design and revise personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and cultural backgrounds.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients in acute distress receive timely and effective care.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies, covering treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage mental health challenges proactively.
• Engage in regular consultation with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients across various spectrums of need.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve client outcomes.
• Stay abreast of current mental health research and emerging trends to continually enhance therapeutic practices.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality in all aspects of care.

This position will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. You will be engaging with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, necessitating a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to care. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing effective rapport with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is required, with a focus on trauma-informed care preferred. Familiarity with telehealth systems and best practices will be beneficial, as will experience in providing culturally competent clinical care.

• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
