• Establish and maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and confidentiality.
• Conduct in-depth intake assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological health and create individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific mental health goals.
• Hold regular therapy sessions, routinely reviewing client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and preparing clients for transition or discharge when appropriate.
• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to continuously refine your therapeutic techniques and maintain a growth mindset.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers, sharing insights and recommendations for comprehensive client care.

As a part of the Transformative Trauma Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, each presenting unique challenges across the spectrum of mental health. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related disciplines.
• Current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Georgia.
