Job description

Accession Distribution Training Center (ADTS) seeks a motivated Independent Contractor to fill the role of Job Developer / Case Management Workforce Specialist for WIOA programs. This position supports workforce initiatives by facilitating employment transitions for students and participants into the logistics, transportation, construction, warehousing, and skilled trades industries. The specialist will build employer partnerships, provide case management, assist with workforce readiness, and promote ADTS programs within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, construction, and skilled trades.
  • Identify job opportunities and establish hiring pipelines for ADTS graduates and students.
  • Coordinate employer visits, job fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Provide one-on-one case management, including resume assistance, interview preparation, and career coaching.
  • Monitor participant progress and maintain workforce documentation.
  • Assist participants in overcoming employment barriers by connecting them with support services.
  • Build partnerships with schools, community groups, and workforce agencies to promote training programs.
  • Represent ADTS at workforce development meetings and community events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in workforce development.
