Job Description
  • Stocking the lunchmeat case

  • Assist in daily cutting and wrapping of fresh beef, pork and grinds in
    order to satisfy sales needs

  • Assist in writing orders

  • Organize and check in fresh meat deliveries

  • Engage and educate customers about meat selections as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Able to multi task
  • Motivated with a sense of urgency
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Applicants with no meat experience will be considered. Apply if interested. New Market can and will train.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures
  • Meat cutting experience in retail or restaurant industry a plus
