INSTALLER

Job Summary:

The Installer is responsible for executing the project plan as laid out by the Field Superintendent and Foreman. The Installer will work closely with the Foreman to meet the specifications as outlined in the project plan for their assigned projects. The Installer maintains a clean work environment, supports the needs of the Foreman, and works closely with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure each project is executed according to the project specifications and company quality standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform flooring installation work according to scope, specifications, quality standards, safety expectations, and Foreman/Superintendent direction.
  • Prepare surfaces, handle materials properly, install assigned products, maintain clean work areas, and protect finished work.
  • Follow company installation standards, safety rules, and jobsite conduct expectations.
  • Read blueprints, project plans, and site specifications to properly install selected flooring solutions for their specified projects.
  • Assess site materials and ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available to execute the project plan.

Experience:

Candidates should have experience in a commercial or industrial flooring environment and must be proficient in at least one or more of the following:
