Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Light Industrial Worker to support quality control and production operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for collecting and inspecting product samples, identifying quality concerns, documenting inspection results, and monitoring production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Collect product samples at scheduled intervals throughout the production process. Inspect samples for non-product-related materials and quality issues. Document inspection findings accurately using quality control forms, logs, or electronic systems. Communicate quality concerns and inspection findings to quality supervisors in a timely manner. Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained. Perform additional quality checks and inspections as directed by supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing guidelines. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and production goals. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Basic math skills and recordkeeping abilities. Ability to accurately document inspection results. Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow established procedures and work independently when required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, production, or warehouse environments. Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation. Experience using electronic recordkeeping or quality management systems. Certifications No specific certifications required. Manufacturing, quality control, or workplace safety certifications are a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree
