Job description

Property Mitigation Technician

DARI Disaster Restoration Services

Greensboro, NC 

DARI (Disaster and Asbestos Removal, Inc.) has immediate openings for emergency technicians for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleaning services. 

In this position, you will perform the following duties: 

  • Water Extraction 
  • Mold Remediation 
  • Fire/Smoke services 
  • Perform demolition (removing drywall, carpet and other flooring materials, cabinets, etc.) 
  • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment 
  • Clean up and debris removal 
  • Estimating the scope of work 
  • Setting up containment 
  • Setting up/monitoring remediation equipment 
  • Fire damage and smoke cleaning 

Applicants must have the following qualifications: 

  • Previous experience/related experience preferred, but not necessary 
  • Availability for on call rotation
  • Great communication skills and teamwork with fellow employees 
  • Exceptional people skills for customer interactions, 
  • Clean Driving Record 
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
