Job description

As a Carpenter, you will play a key role in residential and mixed-type construction projects, working both independently and within a carpentry team. This role requires frequent travel across sites and demands proficiency in using standard hand and power tools to ensure quality workmanship through all stages of construction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform framing and finishing tasks with precision
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Cut and prepare materials for installation
  • Measure dimensions and layout work areas properly
  • Install various wood and structural components
  • Prepare job sites and maintain safe working conditions
  • Includes work outside of carpentry depending on jobs including but not limited to: Drywall, Paint, site work, cabinets, demo, etc

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with carpentry tools
  • Skilled in blueprint reading
  • Strong measurement and math abilities
