What You'll Do

  • Process credit card payment exceptions and review activity reports 
  • Research and resolve card-related issues and payment exceptions 
  • Assist members and staff with card service inquiries 
  • Monitor and respond to fraud, lost/stolen cards, and account abuse 
  • Process balance transfers, returns, check requests, and account closures
  • Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information
  • Support department operations and ensure policy compliance

Is This You?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Strong computer and application skills 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
  • Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance 
  • Ability to be bonded
  • Preferred But Not Required: College degree, service/sales experience, and previous experience in a similar or related role.
