**About Us:** Bravo Automotive Group is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of the latest vehicles. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable New Car Sales Associate to join our sales team. If you are passionate about cars and have a knack for building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you!

**Job Summary:** The New Car Sales Associate will be responsible for facilitating the sale of new vehicles to individual customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and establish rapport to build lasting relationships. - Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicle options. - Provide complete product knowledge on new cars, including features, benefits, and pricing. - Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. - Assist customers with financing options and warranty plans. - Negotiate vehicle sales and finalize sales contracts in accordance with dealership policies. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product specifications, and competitors. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives. - Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Participate in sales training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies. - Maintain a clean and organized showroom and assist with the management of inventory.
