Job description

Certified Contractor Role
Initio Sphere โ€” Private Capital Ecosystem
https://initiosphere.org

Compensation
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000โ€“$10,000+ per closed transaction, depending on deal size and role)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets.

Our platform is designed for professionals seeking real exposure, real upside, and real credibilityโ€”not job boards, spreadsheets, or unpaid sourcing.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Introduction Coordinators to manage and facilitate high-value introductions between deal principals and capital allocators within our network.

This is not an employment role. Coordinators operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Introduction Coordinators:

  • Facilitate structured introductions across investors, fund managers, and operators

  • Ensure opportunities are appropriately qualified and aligned with capital partners

  • Coordinate early-stage engagement, relationship updates, and follow-ups

  • Support analysts and scouts with opportunity handoff and relationship continuity

  • Earn transaction-based compensation on deals that close

  • Build a verified record of successful capital introductions within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals skilled in relationship management, networking, and capital coordination, including operators, intermediaries, advisors, and consultants.

What Youโ€™ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Introduction Coordinators may:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming and proprietary investment opportunities

  • Facilitate introductions between deal principals and capital partners

  • Provide high-level context on opportunities (asset type, structure, investment thesis)

  • Ensure smooth handoff to analysts for detailed diligence and modeling

  • Track relationship progress and engagement across multiple deals

Capital Introduction Coordinators are not responsible for sourcing, underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval and experience, Coordinators may manage opportunities across:

  • Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

  • Private equity and growth equity transactions

  • Operating businesses and special situations

  • Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on professional credibility and relationship management experience.

Compensation & Economics
  • Success-based compensation only

  • Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

  • Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

  • Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Coordinator contribution

  • No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality relationship facilitation

How Coordinators Get Activated
  1. Submit an application and background details

  2. Complete verification and category approval

  3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin coordinating qualified introductions

All deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels. No cold outreach or blind pitching is required.

Compliance Notice

Capital Introduction Coordinators do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit securities

  • Market investments to the general public

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to relationship facilitation and opportunity coordination, compliant with applicable securities laws.

Who This Role Is For
  • Professionals skilled at managing capital relationships

  • Operators, intermediaries, or advisors trusted by investors and sponsors

  • Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early

  • Coordinators with judgment in aligning opportunities to the right capital

Why Join Initio Sphere
  • Monetize relationship and coordination expertise without building a fund

  • Earn on transactions without underwriting risk

  • Work directly with credible capital allocators

  • Build long-term trust and a documented record of successful introductions

  • Operate inside one ecosystem for sourcing, credibility, and upside
