Job Summary

The Manufacturing Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance leader for Nissin Foods’ manufacturing operations, partnering closely with plant leadership, supply chain, and executive teams to drive informed decision-making and financial performance. This role is accountable for enterprise manufacturing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management companywide. The position provides executive-level insights that support operational excellence, financial discipline, and long-term business strategy across multiple manufacturing locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic finance business partner and co-pilot to manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leadership, in close partnership with the Supply Chain Management Planning Director
  • Lead the manufacturing financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and responsive updates that reflect current business conditions
  • Maintain accountability for manufacturing P&L performance, including cost management, variance analysis, and identification of financial risks and opportunities
  • Provide consolidated financial analysis and performance insights across all Nissin Foods brands to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Own the annual manufacturing budget process, aligning financial plans with operational priorities and enterprise objectives
  • Oversee the preparation and validation of financial reports in collaboration with brand and operations leadership prior to executive review
  • Deliver clear, data-driven financial insights to executive leadership, translating complex financial results into actionable business implications
  • Ensure financial models and forecasts remain dynamic and reflective of changing volumes, costs, and operational realities
  • Partner directly with plant directors to support performance management, resource planning, and operational decision-making
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to manufacturing and supply chain teams focused on cost efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to ensure financial alignment with broader business strategy
  • Provide financial leadership across all manufacturing locations, including Gardena, CA; Lancaster, PA; and Greenville, SC

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, plant finance, or operations-focused FP&A
• Demonstrated experience managing manufacturing P&Ls and driving cost performance
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to present and communicate financial insights to senior and executive leadership
• Experience partnering directly with operational and plant leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems; ERP experience required
• Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to translate financial analysis into strategic guidance
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
• Prior partnership with supply chain, sales, and planning organizations
• Background in consumer packaged goods or food manufacturing
• Experience delivering executive-level financial presentations
• Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated cross-functional leadership and influence
