Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a multi‐channel marketing strategy (SEO, LSA, PPC, social, direct mail, jobsite marketing, and referral systems)

  • Optimize cost‐per‐lead and cost‐per‐acquisition across all markets

  • Manage creative development for ads, landing pages, social content, and print materials

  • Oversee local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and review generation

  • Track and report on marketing performance, attribution, and ROI

  • Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality and volume align with capacity

  • Manage vendor relationships (agencies, printers, digital partners)

  • Support expansion into new markets with geo‐targeted campaigns

  • Develop jobsite marketing systems (yard signs, banners, door hangers, neighbor campaigns)

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in home services (roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, windows, remodeling, etc.)

  • Proven track record generating leads in competitive local markets

  • Strong understanding of LSA, PPC, SEO, and paid social

  • Experience managing creative, messaging, and brand consistency

  • Ability to analyze data and make ROI‐driven decisions

  • Comfortable working in a fast‐moving, growth‐focused environment
