Retail Store Manager

America's Antique Mall is hiring an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Streetsboro location.

America's Antique Mall is a unique retail marketplace featuring hundreds of independent vendors and small-business owners. We are committed to excellent service, strong vendor relationships, and a positive workplace.

The Retail Store Manager oversees store operations, employee leadership, vendor occupancy, sales performance, and store standards. This hands-on role will help prepare the store for opening, recruit and onboard vendors, build the team, and support the location's long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-opening preparations and store launch
  • Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with vendors
  • Maintain strong booth and showcase occupancy
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
