The Senior Manager, Ford Pro Fleet Production will maximize fleet production across North America by partnering with the Fleet Sales team to understand demand and collaborating with the S&OP team to align production allocation accordingly and by working closely with MP&L, ensure manufacturing capacity is optimized and aligned with fleet demand.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with a variety of data and proven ability to synthesize insights and drive decisions and actions

  • Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including governing project teams, encouraging teamwork, influencing stakeholders, and presenting results to senior management

  • Polished verbal communication / presentation skills and structured writing skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus

The salary range for this position is $141,700 - $205,000.

What you'll do...

Production Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage the relationship between Ford Pro, S&OP, S&OE, and MP&L to maximize Ford Pro production volume and optimize product mix

  • Partner with the Sales team to develop production and sales plans that support allocation strategies across all sales channels

  • Identify opportunities to increase production and drive incremental sales

  • Ensure vehicle allocation aligns with customer demand and strategic mix objectives

  • Initiate and manage capacity study requests through the appropriate approval process to align manufacturing capacity with demand forecasts

Production Status & Capacity Management

  • Keep the Ford Pro organization informed of current production status, schedule changes, and capacity impacts

  • Support the Fleet Scheduling Manager during Vehicle Line Team meetings as needed

  • Track and follow up on capacity constraints to ensure timely resolution and minimize production disruptions

Order Bank, Allocation & Scheduling Leadership

  • Lead Ford Pro Order Bank, Allocation, and Scheduling activities

  • Monitor production performance and recommend corrective actions to improve scheduling efficiency and allocation utilization

Process Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to streamline the Upfit Allocation and Ordering process

  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, scheduling, and reporting processes through standardization and automation

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving operational excellence and implementing best practices across the team
