Overview

Lemartec’s Business Development Coordinator serves as the sales coordinator, responsible for supporting the stewardship of existing client relationships to the benefit of both Lemartec and the client, and researching leads to win new client relationships (new business) in line with the company’s market-specific business strategy. This role serves as the secondary contact between Lemartec and our clients, acts in support of the Business Development Manager as the voice of the client, and stays engaged with the Business Development Manager through every stage of the project’s lifecycle to help in achieving complete client satisfaction, market-specific sales, revenue, and gross margin objectives.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will support specific business development pursuits within the U.S and/or Caribbean regions
  • Proactively generate new leads and opportunities
  • Follow-up on assigned new leads assisting the Business Development Manager in stewarding them through the entire sales cycle
  • Support of assigned accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy of account data by using Lemartec’s Sales tool.
  • Support preparation for client interviews and presentations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Expand current leads pipeline in support of our company’s market-specific business plan\
  • Engage in industry-related events and associations to maintain awareness of new industry trends and developments
  • Work effectively across all market sectors
