LOCATION: Grand Rapids, W.A. Lettinga Campus
REPORTS TO: Executive Director, IPEx
SALARY: $65,000

As a Business Development Manager, you are a proactive leader with a strong business acumen. You thrive in identifying new business opportunities and driving growth initiatives. You have excellent interpersonal skills, especially those related to active listening. You love meeting new people and have a proven track record in sales and business development.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new or existing clients.
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team for effective strategies to follow up on leads.
  • Leading negotiations and closing deals with clients.
  • Developing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and preparing regular reports on business development activities.
