Job description

This position owns end-to-end recruitment execution, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and hiring. The Candidate Experience Manager conducts employment research, leverages electronic and traditional sourcing methods to build qualified pipelines, and manages customized candidate screening and initial contact. You'll coordinate recruitment support services including relocation, immigration, and licensing requirements, while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment compliance.

Beyond day-to-day execution, you'll design and implement recruitment initiatives and programs, provide analytical support to measure impact, and identify process improvements. You'll champion workplace diversity and inclusive hiring practices, and represent Bally's at career events and community activities. Working closely with HR, Employer Brand, and Social Media teams, you'll develop and execute online recruiting strategies that showcase the Bally's brand and attract top performers across the portfolio.

Target Compensation:

  • $60,000- $75,000 Annual Salary
  • Bonus Eligible
