Candidate Experience Coordinator

Cambridge, MA | Hybrid (2–4 Days Onsite)


I'm partnering with a leading biotechnology organisation seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support experience

• Experience scheduling interviews and managing complex calendars

• Experience with ATS, CRM, and background check systems

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, and other scheduling tools


Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews

• Manage interview scheduling and agendas

• Post and format job descriptions on LinkedIn and job boards

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates

• Manage background check processes

• Maintain accurate ATS records

• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process


Preferred
