About the Role:
We're looking for a Manager, Candidate Experience to lead and operate the coordination engine behind Crusoe's Corporate, GTM & Manufacturing hiring. This is a hands-on role responsible for building a reliable, trusted and high-velocity interview process across the Corp & MFG Recruiting org. You will manage an amazing group of Recruiting Coordinators, while also reviewing coordination and candidate surveys to influence roadmap planning and decision making.
What You'll Be Working On:
  • Manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end: multi-panel loops, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, candidate prep materials
  • Provide a high-attention to detail for the teams coordination work ensuring team SLA's are being met and identify any improvement opportunities to workflows and capacity
  • Manage load balancing, maintain calibration and accuracy, coordinate debriefs, and enforce process hygiene
  • Elevate scalable, compliant and personalized approach to candidate and hiring team experience, leading initiatives (ex: candidate & partnership surveys) to continuously raise the bar
  • In partnership with the Sr. Manager, build out coordination team capacity model and ensure team SLA's are being met; identify any improvement opportunities to workflows and capacity
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve them
  • Troubleshoot complex bottlenecks
  • Partner with recruiting leadership to grow the team: hire for IC Coordinators, onboard them, and set them up for success

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ Years in the recruiting coordination or operations field at a high growth tech company
  • 2+ Years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Comfortable owning both execution and process building
  • High operational rigor; thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS)

  • Workday HRIS experience
  • Knowledgeable about Candidate and Hiring Experience team surveys; interpreting results, NPS scores, etc.
  • Experience building and/or running interview training programs
  • Proficiency in additional recruiting and AI tools such as Coder Pad, Metaview, Glassdoor/Indeed

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000 - $135,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
