Job description

Position Summary:

The job entails assisting with managing and implementing the integrated vision strategies for various aspects of Revolution Church, including Groups, Welcome Experience, and Discipleship Pathway. This involves recruiting, leading, equipping, and releasing team members for ministry, as well as overseeing supplies and administration tools. Additionally, responsibilities include leading team members in onboarding, managing specific areas on designated days, administering baptisms, and supporting the Campus Pastor in pastoral duties.

Essential Functions:


  • Help manage, administer, and implement integrated Revolution Church vision strategies for Groups, Welcome Experience, and Discipleship Pathway.
  • Recruit, lead, equip, and release Team Members to do ministry.
  • Lead Team Members in onboarding and orientation of new Team Members.
  • Manage supplies and administration tools for Groups, Welcome Experience, and Discipleship Pathway.
  • Oversee specific areas on Thursdays and Sundays and support the Campus Pastor as he performs his duties.
  • Administer and operate Baptisms (backend and day of), including leading and recruiting Team Members.
  • Assist Campus Pastor in pastoral duties (administrative), including, but not limited to, hospital visits, funerals, weddings, premarital counseling, and pastoral care.
  • Support and celebrate all other ministries of Revolution Church.
  • Attend and celebrate all staff meetings and New Campus Campus-specific meetings.
  • Help coordinate and support New Campus Campus events.
  • Support and celebrate the integrated One Church/Multiple City vision.
  • Facilitate Care Group Mondays (or applicable nights).
  • Attends staff, departmental meetings, and safety and health training, as required, on time.
  • Works when scheduled and complies with the company's attendance policy.
  • Observe and practice all safety procedures and policies.
  • Position may require some travel.
  • Participates in training as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
  • Must have a successful track record of recruiting, leading, equipping, and releasing Team Members to do ministry.
  • Must have a track record of willingly participating and leading in a team environment.
  • Must be able to solve problems and compassionately intervene in conflict creatively.
  • Favorable references are required.
  • Must have a calling for ministry.
  • Must have excellent teaching, communication, and verbal skills.
  • Must have experience in creating and casting vision.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions - This position primarily involves working in indoor environmental conditions. It necessitates the capacity for prolonged sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and flexible movement. Occasionally, lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds with assistance may be required. Proficiency in operating a computer, phone system, and other office equipment is necessary.


Office Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, weekend gatherings, and special events.
