Job description

Interactive College of Technology (ICT), a private two-year technical college, is seeking a Campus Director for our Morrow, Georgia campus.

The Morrow campus has served South Atlanta for over 40 years and offers programs in Accounting, Business, Human Resource Management, Medical Office Administration, and Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL).

Position Overview

The Campus Director provides overall leadership and administrative oversight of the campus to ensure institutional effectiveness, student achievement, and compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a high-quality learning environment; leading personnel management and professional development; overseeing strategic planning, assessment, and continuous improvement activities; managing enrollment growth and retention; supporting student completion and placement outcomes; and ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission and objectives.

The Campus Director has direct responsibility for daily campus operations, including oversight of the Admissions Department, and works collaboratively with academic, administrative, and central leadership to support compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards and institutional policies.

This position is ideal for a student-centered, results-driven leader with strong operational discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset.

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required

· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the private career college industry

· Prior experience as a Campus Director or Admissions Manager preferred

· Demonstrated experience with student outcomes, assessment, retention, and enrollment management

· Familiarity with accreditation standards and compliance expectations strongly preferred

· Bilingual a plus
