Job description

Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The global demand campaigns team at Stripe is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that build awareness and engagement for our various audiences, solutions, and products worldwide. Campaign operations serve as the crucial "engine" for these campaigns, ensuring operational rigor and process standardization through scalable, end-to-end workflows. We are actively reimagining the campaign lifecycle through AI-powered automation-and this role will be at the center of that transformation.
What you'll do
As the Campaign Operations Manager, you'll own the operational foundation that powers Stripe's global demand campaigns-building the systems, processes, and workflows that allow our marketing teams to move faster and perform better at scale. You'll work across global, regional, and channel teams to design and implement the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, and you'll lead the charge on bringing AI-powered automation into how we plan, produce, and measure campaigns. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of marketing strategy and operational execution-the kind of role where the work you build today shapes how the entire campaigns function operates for years to come.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and channel teams to architect and implement scalable operating models to support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration across various functions and geographies
  • Consistently monitor and analyze the campaign production "supply chain" including tracking all key stages, handoffs, and friction points to drive meaningful efficiency gains
  • Build and maintain an AI automation roadmap for the campaigns function, identifying high-impact opportunities to replace manual processes with intelligent, scalable solutions
  • Lead the development, documentation, communication, and rollout of new or optimized internal processes in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate and implement new tooling, technologies, and systems to enhance campaign operational efficiency, including the integration and adoption of selected systems
  • Track, analyze, and report out on key operational metrics and campaign performance, clearly communicating the health of the campaign supply chain, the impact of operational improvements, and the overall effectiveness of campaigns
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
  • 10+ years of demand generation, program management, or campaign operations experience
  • Proven expertise in partnering with regional teams and channel partners to build scalable, end-to-end workflows
  • Proven ability to deploy AI-powered solutions within campaigns or demand generation with specific, measurable outcomes
  • Working knowledge of current AI and ML landscape as it applies to campaign operations, including familiarity with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and intelligent automation platforms
  • Ability to build campaigns and programs from the ground up, orchestrating many moving parts across disparate functions
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
  • Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate and recommend solutions, and drive clarity across complex, global stakeholder groups
Preferred qualifications
  • Deep understanding of marketing and how its varied disciplines work together
  • Experience leading large, complex, global programs or initiatives
  • Strong change management background and ability to communicate clearly and influence diverse stakeholder groups across global, regional, and technical teams
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing internal processes to achieve efficiency and scale
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, fast-growing growth tech company
  • Experience in management consulting or program management roles
