Katz Digital is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their accounts, working closely with sales teams and account managers to optimize results for advertisers. Reliable & adaptable to company needs in a fast-paced & rapidly changing digital environment.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

  • Traffic and track direct IO & programmatic campaigns across platforms in a timely manner
  • Handle various ad file types and third-party tags, ensuring proper implementation in server
  • Familiar with ad server logic (AND vs OR targeting) and assessing inventory availability
  • Collaborate on optimizations with Client Service Managers & Sales Representatives
  • Interpret reporting and troubleshoot technical issues to proactively optimize campaigns

What You'll Need:

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ad tech terminology and industry standards
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and a team player with strong communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and a strategic thinker; proactive and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills

Experience:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Task Management, Reporting Interfaces
  • 2+ years working in ad servers/DSP/SSP or a similar role preferred
  • Experience with digital audio and podcast campaigns is a plus
  • Involvement with advertising measurement/attribution partners also a plus
