Job description

Job Description
The SVP, Creative + Campaign Management is a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative and campaign infrastructure that drives the network's marketing output. This leader owns two interconnected divisions - Creative Services (AV Production, Print Design, Digital Design, and Motion Graphics) and Campaign Management (campaign operations and workflow oversight) - ensuring that great ideas are executed with speed, quality, and strategic intent.
This is a role for an operator and creative executive in equal measure: someone who can shepherd compelling campaign creative from brief to delivery while simultaneously running a high-performing, cross-functional team. The SVP will be a key senior partner to the EVP of Marketing, the Originals and Brand marketing leads, and the broader network marketing organization.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to: EVP, Marketing
Direct reports include the leadership of:
  • AV Creative (video/audio production)
  • Design (Print, Digital, and Motion Graphics)
  • Campaign Management / Campaign Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Services Leadership
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary in-house creative team spanning AV production, print design, digital design, and motion graphics.
  • Drive a consistent, high-quality creative standard across all deliverables - from tentpole campaign toolkits and key art to digital assets and motion packages.
  • Partner closely with Originals Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing to ensure creative output ladders up to campaign strategy and audience intent.
  • Establish and maintain creative guardrails, templates, and brand systems that enable both consistency and creative flexibility across the slate.
  • Champion innovation in creative execution - pushing the team toward work that is distinctive, culturally aware, and platform-native.
  • Oversee AV production processes including trailer/promo development, edit workflows, and final delivery across linear and digital platforms.

Campaign Management / Operations
  • Oversee the Campaign Management team responsible for end-to-end campaign trafficking, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Build and maintain systems and workflows that allow the marketing org to move efficiently from strategy to execution - minimizing bottlenecks and maximizing throughput.
  • Serve as the operational backbone of marketing campaign launches, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets across all channels and platforms.
  • Develop and enforce clear project management frameworks, approval processes, and accountability structures across campaigns.
  • Partner with media, digital, and marketing leadership to align campaign timelines with network priorities and air dates.
  • Monitor campaign operations for quality control, flagging gaps or risks and leading course-corrects as needed.

Leadership + Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team - setting clear expectations, building capability, and fostering a culture of craft and accountability.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to the EVP of Marketing, contributing to department-wide planning, resource allocation, and org evolution.
  • Collaborate with network leadership, production, communications, and digital teams to align creative and operational efforts with business goals.
  • Represent creative services in senior-level planning conversations, bringing both a creative and operational POV to the table.
  • Stay current on platform trends, creative best practices, and the competitive landscape across streaming and cable to ensure the network's marketing remains culturally relevant and forward-leaning.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing creative and/or campaign operations within entertainment, television, or media.
  • Proven track record leading in-house creative services teams - including AV production, design, and/or motion graphics - in a network, studio, or streaming environment.
  • Deep understanding of the full campaign lifecycle, from brief and concept through asset production and trafficking.
  • Experience managing or overseeing campaign operations/management functions with strong knowledge of workflow systems and delivery pipelines.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with sharp operational discipline - able to evaluate creative work and also fix broken processes.
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing multi-functional teams of 10+ people.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior leadership

Preferred
  • Experience at a cable or broadcast television network in a creative services or integrated marketing leadership role.
  • Familiarity with campaign trafficking platforms, project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com), and asset management systems.
  • Background in female-skewing, premium, or prestige content marketing is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies while managing robust in-house creative teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The right candidate is a creative leader who pairs creative vision with operational excellence. You lead with taste and vision, but you also know that great creative dies in bad process. You're as comfortable reviewing a motion graphics package as you are restructuring a workflow. You elevate the people around you, bring calm to complexity, and consistently deliver work that moves the needle - for the shows, for the network, and for the audiences we serve.
Compensation
$325,000 - $375,000
