  • Lead and manage the daily workflows, priorities, and development of a team of Campaign Analysts supporting advertiser media campaigns.
  • Oversee the successful setup, launch, optimization, and performance of campaigns across Epsilon Retail Media, social, search, and banner channels.
  • Own end-to-end campaign optimization to ensure pacing, critical metric achievement, and full delivery.
  • Establish and implement accounts specific standards and operational workflows for the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or technical issues in partnership with Client Integration Engineering (CIE) and other internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain the Ad Ops campaign performance optimization playbook and standard operating procedures.
  • Support and standardize onboarding processes for new retail partners and new ERM product delivery tools.
  • Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements across campaign delivery and reporting.

  • Lead team training, process development, and AI/automation initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Partner closely with Client Solutions, Sales, Retailers, Analytics, Media Delivery, and Operations to deliver best-in-class customer service and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications
Who You Are

    • High attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and comfort working under pressure.
    • Critical thinker with a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong interest in technology, data-driven solutions, and operational excellence.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with internal team members and external partners.
    • Demonstrated thought leadership in careful planning and improving operational efficiency.
