We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our brand, digital presence, and property marketing efforts. This role will oversee social media, advertising, reputation management, content creation, website updates, and marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and qualified leads.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and strengthen the company’s brand presence across social media, websites, Google Business Profile, property listings, advertising, print materials, and internal communications.
  • Create and oversee engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for digital platforms, campaigns, newsletters, events, resident communications, and promotional materials.
  • Lead social media management, online engagement, review responses, reputation monitoring, and listing accuracy across company and property accounts.
  • Plan, place, and monitor Facebook Ads and Google Ads, tracking campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze social media, SEO, website, ad, occupancy, and leasing data to guide marketing strategy and property-specific promotional plans.
  • Support property teams with marketing needs, events, signage, resident engagement, branded materials, content creation, and special projects.
  • Coordinate branded apparel, onboarding materials, promotional merchandise, and property-specific marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with management, property teams, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, and company culture efforts.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
