Job description

Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.

The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Campaign Manager to own DSP operations and performance management across a portfolio of advertiser accounts at adMarketplace.

In this role, you will serve as the operational and analytical engine behind campaign execution - structuring accounts, managing pacing and supply mix decisions, and optimizing performance. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Advertiser Success, Pricing, Supply, Product, and FP&A to ensure campaigns are cleanly structured, data-driven, and continuously improving.

What You’ll Do:

Own DSP Execution & Account Structure

  • Own campaign setup, structure, and QA within the DSP

  • Manage placements, geo expansions, caps, and supply configurations

  • Maintain scalable account structures and resolve trafficking issues in partnership with Ad Ops

Performance & Marketplace Optimization

  • Monitor pacing, KPIs, and performance trends; proactively address risks

  • Analyze supply mix, pricing dynamics, and competitive impacts

  • Partner with Pricing and FP&A to align pacing with forecast and revenue goals

AMP Discover & Platform Evolution

  • Support rollout and optimization of AMP Discover across accounts

  • Implement updated account structures tied to DSP enhancements

  • Serve as a feedback partner to Product as platform capabilities evolve

Asset & Launch Management

  • Audit and optimize keywords, creatives, and feeds to ensure strong coverage

  • Lead execution of new launches, restructures, and geo expansions

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and activation

Basic Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, or similar roles

  • Experience in search, CPC-driven, or marketplace environments preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Proven ability to manage both campaign structure and performance optimization simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Tableau, or BI tools

  • Understanding of CPC pricing, margin, yield optimization, and marketplace dynamics

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance strategy

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Supply, Pricing, Sales, and Finance teams

  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging stakeholders at multiple levels

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus & Equity
