What you'll own

  • Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline and increase revenue across email, digital, paid media, events and account-based marketing programs.

  • Translate go to market priorities into clear, actionable campaign strategies that connect with K-12 decision-makers and align with seasonal buying cycles.

  • Build and optimize campaign workflows within marketing automation and customer relationship management systems to strengthen pipeline visibility and improve conversion outcomes.

  • Shape messaging that resonates with nutrition directors, business officials and technology leaders, ensuring every campaign delivers relevance and value.

  • Use performance data and audience insights to continuously optimize campaigns in flight, increasing engagement, lead quality and conversion rates.

What you'll bring

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation or revenue marketing with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Hands on experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce.

  • A data driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and continuously improve performance.

  • Proven ability to run multi touch, multi channel campaigns that deliver strong engagement and conversion results.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross functional teams.
