Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join their team at Infosys Pontoon. The main responsibilities include designing and enhancing reports based on SAP Commissions data, ensuring compliance with business rules, and optimizing report performance.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance Crystal Reports based on data from SAP Commissions (Callidus).
• Create commission statements, payout summaries, audit reports, and management dashboards.
• Develop complex report logic including calculations, formulas, sub-reports, parameters, and conditional formatting.
• Ensure reports comply with business rules, commission plans, and compensation policies
• Work with SAP Commissions data models, including transactions, pipelines, crediting, and payments.
• Optimize report queries for performance using SQL and database best practices.
• Support integration between SAP Commissions and downstream systems (Finance, Payroll, BW, etc.).
• Gather reporting requirements from Business, Sales Operations, Finance, and Compensation teams.
• Translate functional requirements into technical reporting specifications.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure accuracy of commission calculations
