Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Technical:
Strong knowledge of SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ), Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting.
Functional: Thorough understanding of incentive compensation, sales performance management (SPM), and compensation plan design.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
System Configuration & Implementation: Configure SAP Commissions rules, plan formulas, and workflows to align with business requirements.
Data Management & ETL: Manage data integration between SAP Callidus and external systems using Oracle PL/SQL, ETL processes, and API integrations to ensure accurate data flow.
Commission Administration: Own the end-to-end compensation calculation process, ensuring accurate and timely payments for sales personnel.
Technical Support & Scripting: Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for task automation and troubleshoot system issues.
Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain Crystal Reports to provide insights into sales performance and incentive effectiveness.
Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM): Manage Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM), including user hierarchies, role-based security, and data syncing.
System Optimization & Testing: Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as optimizing performance for large-scale data processing
Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000 a year
