Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room

1 year of experience accepted with strong experience only - please call out in submittal. Strongly prefer trauma experience. Start date: ASAP Shift: 3x12 Day Shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Years of experience required: 2 years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekends required: Yes Certs required: BLS. Preferred: ACLS, PALS, TNCC Call: Usually 4 on-call shifts in 13 weeks Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, based on need. Locals accepted: No. Pending license accepted: Yes RTO restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal. Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 week period Unit information: We have 18 operating rooms m-f (one is reserved for trauma) and run 5 rooms past 5pm daily. We also have 2-3 rooms every weekend. We have a separate team for cardiac cases. We are a level 2 trauma center and call is a requirement for the department. Call is minimal and usually only 4 call shifts in a 12 week rotation. Mostly adult with occasional peds. We work a combination of 10s and 12s. We offer day, evening, and night shift. Service line experience desired not required: neuro, thoracic, general, ortho, plastics, robotics, gyn, ent, pediatrics, urology, trauma, vascular.
