Description & Requirements
We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Spread Room Operator in our Chino, CA production facility.
General Responsibilities:
  • Manual stacking of cases
  • Operating packaging equipment to build pallets
  • Cleaning and sanitation work
  • Constructing edible product
  • Other activities as directed by the supervisor

Work Schedule + Benefits:
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Pay Range: $24.75-$27.00 per hour to start DOE
  • Must be available to work the following shifts which will rotate every two months:
    • Monday through Friday (6AM-2:30PM)
    • Monday through Friday (2PM-10:30PM)
    • Sunday through Thursday (10PM-6:30AM)
  • Department needs call for weekend and holiday scheduling
  • Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred)
  • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner

Physical Demands/Requirements:
  • Ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit and stand for up to eight (10) hours on a continuous basis
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
