About the Role:

The supervisor monitors call center metrics closely, analyzing data to identify trends and implement strategies that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Call Center Supervisor ensures that operational goals are met while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
